Shipping: Orders are
typically shipped within 1-2 business days (most orders ship on the same business
day)
and shipped
via UPS or USPS. You will typically receive your order within
4-10 business days after your order is placed.
Free Standard Ground Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $60.00 to the Continental
US. Sorry, but we do have to charge
extra for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Puerto Rico and
APO/FPO
addresses.
Customers
are responsible for notifying BestFilters.com with updates on billing,
shipping and contact information. Defective Products: Defective
products may be returned for a refund, exchange or site credit within thirty
(30)
days of receipt of the products. The return window for IQAir is 60 days. Return shipping is the responsibility
of the customer, however, BestFilters.com reserves the right to waive
shipping costs when it is determined by BestFilters.com to be reasonable.
After 30 days,
defective items will be covered under their respective warranties.

returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages: Shipments
that are refused at the delivery address for any reason by any person
are subject
to charges to and from the delivery address. (The shipping companies charge
BestFilters.com for shipping to and from the customer). Charges will
not exceed the actual shipping cost charged to BestFilters.com by the
freight company and the cost of packing materials. The aforementioned
charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund when a refund
is requested.
Packages requiring rerouting while in transit due to customer's address
entry errors will be charged $15.00. Packages that are returned to BestFilters.com
due to customer's address entry errors will be charged the cost to reship
and the cost of the original round trip of the package. The aforementioned
charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund when a refund
is requested. Miscellaneous: Acceptance of delivery of any of our
products constitutes payer's acceptance of all the terms of the policies
and procedures contained on this BestFilters.com website. BestFilters.com,
LLC may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating BestFilters.com,LLC's web site. These terms and conditions are governed and construed
by the laws of the State of Arkansas. You agree that if any part of
these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder
