HyperHEPA Technology
The IQAir HealthPro Series features HyperHEPA filtration technology for
superior airborne particle removal. IQAir's HyperHEPA filtration is tested
and certified to filter ultra-fine pollution particles down to 0.003 microns
in size with a guaranteed minimum efficiency of over 99.5%. This is 100 times
smaller than what is achieved with ordinary air filtration technology and 10
times smaller than a virus.
Ultra-Fine Particle Filtration
Numerous scientific studies have proven that ultra-fine
particles are the most harmful to our health.
They can be absorbed through lung tissue right into our blood
stream. These ultra-fine particles are small enough to penetrate a
cell's
mitochondria (the center and brain of the cell) and cause cell
damage. It is estimated that ultra-fine particles subtract

In addition to removing pollution particles, such as dust and
allergens, select IQAir models are highly effective in removing
molecular air pollutants,
such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other gaseous
chemicals and unpleasant odors.
Certified Performance
IQAir tests and certifies all of their systems prior to them
leaving the factory, which is the same guideline we use for our medical
products. Your Medical Grade HealthPro Plus will arrive to
you with a hand-signed certificate of performance so that you know
the exact efficiency of your air cleaner (99.5% or better). That means
every HealthPro Plus has to filter out 99.5% of the pollutants
in the air in order to arrive at your home.
Advanced Controls
Every IQAir room air purifier features six fan speeds and
allows you to program the system for automatic operation via a day/night
timer. The intelligent filter life monitor
precisely forecasts filter replacement based on actual usage. A
sleek remote control is included to allow easy remote operation of the
air purifier.
Ultra-Quiet Design
Our "fan-in-center" design places the fan motor between sound
attenuating filters. The double-walled housing effectively reduces sound
transmission. Rubber suspension pads systematically
isolate motor vibration from the air cleaner housing. The EvenFlow
Diffuser deflects sounds back into the system, while returning low
turbulence, low velocity air to your room.
