RETURN PROCEDURE:

Bestfilters.com unconditionally guarantees all products. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 30 days for Return Authorization for a refund.

Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Refunds will not be issued for merchandise in your possession for more than 30 Days.

*Aquasana products are eligible for returns for refund for 60 days

*Used replacement filters are not eligible for refund

*Return Authorization numbers expire 30 days after they are issued

Bestfilters.com will refund your original purchase price, less original cost of shipping and handling (from Bestfilters.com to your delivery address) and any manufacturer's restocking charges. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the original payment was made by check or money order, Bestfilters.com will mail a check. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the merchandise’s arrival at our warehouse.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
E-mail info@bestfilters.com or call 1-800-842-4605 9 to 5 M-F Central Time for a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipment.
Return Shipments:
1. Package merchandise with adequate packaging into a shipping carton.
2. Write the Return Authorization number clearly on the exterior of the shipping carton.
3. Purchase shipping with insurance and delivery confirmation or tracking information.

You are responsible for the merchandise until it arrives at our warehouse. Please save your shipping materials as you may be asked to provide them if we do not receive your merchandise at our warehouse. Proof of delivery MUST include our street address.
All returned merchandise must be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, booklets and attachments included.
Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Return shipping, installation charges, and special order items are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Defective products may be returned for a refund, exchange or site credit within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products. After 30 days, defective items will be covered under their respective warranties. There will be shipping charges for replacement merchandise shipped 30 days or more after the original delivery date. See the instructions above to obtain a Return Authorization number. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
