BESTFILTERS® POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

SHIPPING: Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days (usually the same business day) and shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. You will typically receive your order within 4-10 business days after your order is placed.

Free Standard Ground Shipping to the Continental US on all orders over $60.00. Sorry, but we do have to charge extra for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

Customers are responsible for notifying Bestfilters.com with updates on billing, shipping and contact information.

PAYMENT: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Bestfilters.com, LLC also accepts money orders and cashiers checks (in US Dollars only). Orders paid for by money order and cashier check are processed immediately. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days. Bestfilters.com, LLC cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

30 Day "NO HASSLE" GUARANTEE:
Bestfilters.com unconditionally guarantees all products. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 30 days for Return Authorization for a refund.

Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Refunds will not be issued for merchandise in your possession for more than 30 Days.

*Aquasana products are eligible for returns for refund for 60 days

*Used replacement filters are not eligible for refund, exchange or replacement

*Return Authorization numbers expire 30 days after they are issued

Bestfilters.com will refund your original purchase price, less original cost of shipping and handling (from Bestfilters.com to your delivery address plus any redirect fees accrued in transit) and any manufacturer's restocking charges. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the original payment was made by check or money order, Bestfilters.com will mail a check. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the merchandise’s arrival at our warehouse.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
E-mail info @ bestfilters.com or call 1-800-842-4605 9 to 5 M-F Central Time for a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipment.
Return Shipments:
1. Package merchandise with adequate packaging into a shipping carton.
2. Write the Return Authorization number clearly on the exterior of the shipping carton.
3. Purchase shipping with insurance and delivery confirmation or tracking information.

You are responsible for the merchandise until it arrives at our warehouse. Please save your shipping materials as you may be asked to provide them if we do not receive your merchandise at our warehouse. Proof of delivery MUST include our street address.
All returned merchandise must be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, booklets and attachments included.
Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Return shipping, installation charges, and special order items are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Defective products may be returned for a refund, exchange or site credit within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer however, Bestfilters.com reserves the right to waive shipping cost when it is determined by Bestfilters.com to be reasonable. After 30 days, defective items will be covered under their respective warranties. See the instructions above to obtain a Return Authorization number. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Shipments that are refused at the delivery address for any reason by any person are subject to charges to and from the delivery address.(The shipping companies charge Bestfilters.com for shipping to and from the customer). Charges will not exceed the actual shipping cost charged to Bestfilters.com by the freight company and the cost of packing materials. The aforementioned charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund when a refund is requested.

Packages requiring rerouting while in transit due to customer's address entry errors will be charged $15.00. Packages that are returned to Bestfilters.com due to customer's address entry errors will be charged the cost to reship and the cost of the original round trip of the package. The aforementioned charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund when a refund is requested.

EXTENDED WARRANTY INFORMATION: The Lifetime Warranty covers the parts of your original unit purchased with Bestfilters.com for as long as the replacement filter cartridges shipped from Bestfilters.com are changed at intervals appropriate for each brand and membership in the Auto-shipment program is active. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions may void the warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of replacement parts. Customer service is reserved for patrons of Bestfilters.com who abide by manufacturers recommended maintenance and replacement schedules. Products must be returned to Bestfilters.com for inspection and if damage is deemed abuse by Bestfilters.com the warranty is voided.

30-Day Lowest Price Guarantee on Selected Items:
Buy with confidence. If you find a lower advertised price on an item marked with our Low Price Guarantee from any authorized U.S. dealer before you purchase – we will match it (verification may be necessary). If you’ve already purchased from us and find a lower advertised price within 30 days of your purchase, contact us via email and we’ll refund the difference after we verify the lower advertised price. Bestfilters.com reserves the right to make the determination that a lower advertised price meets this Guarantee's criteria.

For verification, please email us the competing website address (preferably the specific product page URL) where you found the lower price. We’ll verify the online pricing and product description, brand name, availability, and relative price and product specifications. Advertised items must be factory-sealed new product. Demo models, factory seconds, sale items, discontinued merchandise, used items and floor samples are not eligible. Items must be advertised, and verifiable on the web or in a local or national paper, magazine, or catalog by an authorized dealer (you may be required to email or fax a copy of the competitor’s offer). Bestfilters.com will beat combined or multiple offers at its sole discretion.

PRIVACY: All personal information that you provide to us will NEVER be sold, rented, bartered, shared or in any way revealed to anyone, ever.

SECURITY:
Bestfilters.com meets stringent PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards for handling credit card data securely. When you complete your order on our Secure Order Form, all of your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information is encrypted (scrambled) using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on our Secure Server for your security. Bestfilters.com guarantees your online transactions with us. All purchases you make with us will be 100% safe and secure. This means you will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with us. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Bestfilters.com will cover your cost, up to the full $50.00. Bestfilters.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your own, from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Bestfilters.com, LLC makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning water treatment and air purification products offered for sale, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bestfilters.com,LLC's obligation for products performing below manufacturer's specifications shall be limited solely to the refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, or to the replacement of the products if defective. Installation charges are not refundable. In no event shall Bestfilters.com, LLC, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Bestfilters.com, LLC has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. All of our products are guaranteed only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Repairs or alterations shall void any and all warranties.
