SECURITY:
When you complete your order on our Secure Order Form, all of your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information is encrypted (scrambled) using the latest 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on our Secure Server for your security. We guarantee your online transactions with us. All purchases you make with us will be 100% safe and secure. This means you will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with us. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover your cost, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your own, from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

PRIVACY:
All the personal information you provide us will NEVER be sold, rented, bartered, shared or in any way revealed to anyone, ever.

"NO HASSLE" GUARANTEE:
We unconditionally guarantee all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise for a refund or site credit. We will refund your original purchase price, less any initial shipping and handling costs and any manufacturer's restocking charges. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number or the return shipment may be refused or charged a 10% restocking fee. See the procedure below for obtaining a Return Authorization Number.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
Just e-mail returns@bestfilters.com or call 1-800-842-4605 9 to 5 Central time for a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipment. Returns without a Return Authorization number may be refused or charged a 10% restocking fee. Credit for original purchase price, less the initial shipping and handling charges, and any manufacturer’s restocking charges will be issued to the original credit card only. Credits will be posted to the cardholder’s account within 30 days of the package arrival at our warehouse. Return shipping or any installation charges are not refundable and neither are custom orders. All returned merchandise must be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, booklets and attachments included.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Defective products may be returned for a refund, exchange or site credit within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods. There will be no shipping charges on replacement merchandise. Please e-mail us for a Return Authorization number and for return instructions, since the instructions vary for different products. After 30 days, defective items will be covered under their respective warranties. Returns without a visible Return Authorization number on the box may be refused or charged a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING:
Orders are normally packed within 1-2 business days and normally shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. You will normally receive your order within 4-10 business days after your order is placed. A charge of $25.00 may be made to your credit card for orders placed with Bestfilters.com and refused by the customer. If our shipper cannot deliver your order due to incorrect information on your order form and the merchandise must be reshipped to the corrected address, Bestfilters.com will pass any address correction and additional delivery charges on to you and will bill your credit card for those extra charges.

MONEY ORDERS: Bestfilters.com,LLC accepts money orders and cashiers checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier check. Bestfilters.com,LLC cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Canceled orders are subject to a $25.00 cancelation fee. The order process is automated to the point that orders ship within a short time of their receipt. Refunds on money orders or cashier's check purchases will be issued by check from Bestfilters.com,LLC corporate office within 30 days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Bestfilters.com, LLC makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning water treatment and air purification products offered for sale, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bestfilters.com,LLC's obligation for products performing below manufacturer's specifications shall be limited solely to the refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, or to the replacement of the products if defective. Installation charges are not refundable. In no event shall Bestfilters.com,LLC, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Bestfilters.com,LLC has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. All of our products are guaranteed only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Repairs or alterations shall void any and all warranties.

PRODUCT SUITABILITY: All information presented is based on data believed to be reliable. Such information is offered for evaluation and comparison, but is not a warranty of any kind. Determination of the suitability of any of our products for uses contemplated by the buyer shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

MISCELLANEOUS: Acceptance of delivery of any of our products constitutes payer's acceptance of all the terms of the policies and procedures contained on this web site.
