We unconditionally guarantee all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your receipt of the
merchandise for a refund or site credit. We will refund your original purchase
price, less any initial shipping and handling costs and any manufacturer's
restocking charges. All returned products must have a Return Authorization
Number or the return shipment may be refused or charged a 10% restocking
fee. Any products held beyond 30 days, will be charged a restocking
fee. See the procedure below for obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Just e-mail returns@bestfilters.com or
call 1-800-842-4605 9 to 5 Central Time for
a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipment. Returns without
a Return Authorization number may be refused or charged a restocking fee.
Credit for original purchase price, less the initial shipping and handling charges,
and
any
manufacturer’s restocking charges will be issued to the original credit
card only. Credits will be posted to the cardholder’s account within 30
days of the package arrival at our warehouse. Return shipping or any installation
charges are not refundable and neither are custom orders. All returned merchandise
must
be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, booklets and attachments
included.
