SHIPPING: Orders are
typically shipped within 2 business days (usually the same business
via UPS, FedEx or USPS. You will typically receive your order within
4-10 business days after your order is placed.

Free Standard Ground Shipping to the Continental
US on all orders over $60.00. Sorry, but we do have to charge
extra for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Puerto Rico and
are responsible for notifying Bestfilters.com with updates on billing,
shipping and contact information.
REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, OR RETURNED PACKAGES: Shipments
that are refused at the delivery address for any reason by any person
to charges to and from the delivery address. This includes returns to Bestfilters.com due to 3 delivery attempts. (The shipping companies charge
Bestfilters.com for shipping to and from the customer). Charges will
not exceed the actual shipping cost charged to Bestfilters.com by the
freight company and the cost of packing materials. The aforementioned
charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund when a refund

All returned merchandise must be received in undamaged condition, with all
original parts, booklets and attachments included. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Return shipping, installation charges, and special order items are not refundable.

RECYCLING OF OUR PRODUCTS: All products sold or manufactured by Bestfilters, Multipure or any of the other companies that we represent can be recycled in most municipalities or sent back to the manufacturer or to our company for appropriate disposal. For more information email [email protected]
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Defective
products may be returned for a refund, exchange or site credit within thirty
days of receipt of the products. Return shipping is the responsibility
of the customer however, Bestfilters.com reserves the right to waive
shipping cost when it is determined by Bestfilters.com to be reasonable.
After 30 days,
defective items will be covered under their respective warranties.

Bestfilters.com®,LLC warrants to the original purchaser, this product to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, for use under normal conditions and care, for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. Bestfilters.com®, LLC will repair or replace this product at no charge (excluding shipping to Bestfilters.com®,LLC’s warehouse) to the original customer during the warranty period. Manufactured products that we are authorized dealers for, may have additional warranties and protections.
