CB Tech and Multipure Countertop to Undercounter Conversion Kit

This kit is designed to provide all the necessary parts to convert your CB Tech or Multipure Countertop (any stainless steel model) into an Undercounter Water Filter with a separate faucet (included).

Includes:
  • CB Tech and Multipure Faucet Kit with preinstalled blue tubing
  • 4 Inlet and Outlet Quick Connect Fittings we include both sizes to fit all units (1/4" MNPT and 1/8" MNPT)
  • 1 Adapta Valve and Threading Adapter to connect to cold water supply
  • 4 ft. of Clear tubing
  • Wall mounting bracket and screws

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR UNIT WAS PURCHASED BEFORE 2010, YOUR HOUSING WILL REQUIRE THE SMALLER 1/8" CONNECTORS.

Instructions:

  • Remove the hose fittings from the top of the unit.
  • Use the instructions for Below the Sink Installations found in the CB Series owner’s manual to complete the following:
  • Attach the Quick Connectors to the housing (page 8)
  • Install and mount the faucet assembly (page 9-13)
  • Connect the Adapta Valve to your cold water supply (page 14-15)
  • Push the clear tube from your cold water supply into the “In” port of the housing and the blue faucet tube into the “Out” port (page 16)
  • Locate the Multi-Pure unit under the sink in a convenient place. You can attach it to the wall with the small bracket enclosed, or you can stand it on the floor using the black acrylic sleeve (included with newer units only) (page 18).
  • Turn on the water supply using the Adapta Valve and open the faucet. Allow the water to run through the unit and faucet for a few minutes while you check for leaks (page 19).
