In my efforts to quickly change filters I cracked the housing. Much to my dismay glue would not fix it. Called "bestfilters" office and explained my plight. They sold me exactly what I needed and had it delivered promptly. Plus the guy did not try to oversell other products to me, I appreciated that. Not only are the products a great value but they are very efficient when you need a part. Overall, I could not be happier with bestfilters company.
